Startup company with a rough culture. No cab, no canteen, toilets shared with other small companies, AC switch on/off issue. There is no proper lunch/dinner type canteen and no tea/coffee also. Official work time is 8:30am to 6pm (strict as they cut pay in case late or ask to apply for half day leave). Unofficially, expect and be ready to be available for work from 6am to 12 midnight and beyond. Saturday is working unofficially, and expect to work on Sunday too.
