Management did a good job of shielding employees from upper management. Coworkers were fun and the culture at the center level was generally fun and involved. Compensation was adequate.

When my center closed down, we were given less than two weeks' notice and not given the chance to transfer employment, instead were expected to re-apply for a position elsewhere in the company, effectively restarting our time with the company. Upper management made decisions that clearly showed they were out of touch with culture within the center itself. On hiring we were told we would receive quarterly bonuses, but upper management changed the requirements to receive bonuses to the extent no one was eligible.
