Horrible - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Ground Effects

Extreme favortism by supervisors. They say they don't make one person work harder than the next which is complete bs. They make the ones who are efficient and fast work harder than the rest! You get 2 10min breaks and a 25min lunch. The supervisors try to sweep problems under the rug so they wont have to go to HR. If a supervisor has a family member working there you can guarantee that employee can drive a truck into the tailgate of another and still keep his job. The sprayers "supervisor" can spray a truck with no paper covering the back causing the bed liner to be sprayed in between the cab and the bed and he keeps his job. Why because they dont report the incident to HR and they secretly fix the truck. Yep favortism runs that deep in this company. But let anyother person wreck a truck-FIRED or let a sprayer spray a truck with no paper and EVERYONE from the masker to the team lead to the sprayer are all getting written up. I have seen this all first hand working in the Quality department. This company only cares about the number NOT THE QUALITY. I have seen trucks that should be fixed shipped out!! Sexual harassment is dealt with as long as you aren't a supervisor. A person got fired for sexual harassment because of a motion made to another employee. However a supervisor can make a sexual comment to a female employee and not get any kind of repercussions. LADIES DO NOT get friendly with the male SUPERVISORS. The hours SUCK!! If you want to have any life AT ALL DO NOT WORK HERE!!! 10-12 hr shifts 4-5 days a week!! Unless you are a vampire I don't suggest the second shift (645pm-445/615AM). You NEVER have time for family let alone yourself!! You are constantly moving so you are exhausted by the time you get home. I have worked both mornings and nights and I can say that they both relatively SUCK but at least on day shift you get to see SUNLIGHT!! Please unless you DESPERATELY need a job DO NOT apply for a job here!
