DTR is the company's motto. It stands for Disruptive, Transparent, and Relentless, but unfortunately none of those things are true. What is true is xAd has seriously taken a turn for the worse in the past year. The reviews were reflecting the reality but upper management has strongly encouraged people to write 5 star reviews. The company is struggling financially and the executive staff is not transparent about it. Bonuses were cut drastically this quarter but no information was relayed down to the employees. Instead, the illusion that somehow we compete among Facebook and Google keeps being sold. Quotas are outrageously high and almost impossible to hit. Employee morale is at an all time low. In the 1 year I've been with xAd, I have seen a whole lot of talk come out of the executives and 0 execution. They want everyone to drink the Kool-aid but they never tell you it's poisoned. Wish I didn't have to start applying to jobs so soon after joining one but that is what myself and many others are being forced to do.
