I worked here and found that while the team was fantastic and supportive, the management structure was lacking. My direct manager often ignored messages and became frustrated if I sought help from teammates, which made completing tasks challenging.
As someone with autism, I had to repeatedly advocate for support from HR, who initially miscommunicated about available resources. Although I eventually had a meeting with Occupational Health, no actionable changes were implemented to improve my work experience. Additionally, my personal information was mishandled and sent to a client without urgency or care.
Training for the customer service role was inadequate and disorganized, leading to confusion. My confirmed holiday was undermined by my manager, who continuously contacted me during my time off, only to later acknowledge my booking after I explained the situation.
Overall, the team deserves better leadership. They are capable and hardworking but need a manager who values their well-being and fosters a supportive work environment.
