Groundsure is a great place for programmers at all levels of seniorities to evolve and progress professional. Groundsure have around 100 employees, large part of them are environmental analysts. The company is solid and stable financially. The CEO, c-suite executives and managers lead by example. The overall atmosphere in the company is positive and friendly. They treat their customers and employees the same; with fairness and honesty. The dev team has around ten programmers. All of them are strong programmers, many of them are fullstack. The team is lead by two managers who are very strong and very experienced technically. The managers lead by example and working hands-on together with the team. The atmosphere in the dev team is friendly, approachable and non-formal. It almost felt that it's a group of friends that happens to work together. The managers philosophy is to grow and develop the talent in-house. As a result, you can find exceptional programmers that did the path from zero to hero within the company in a few years. As I wrote before, I think that Groundsure is absolutely a great place to work for, as a programmer.
