Decent pay, some great supervisors like Matt Toler, Craig Zahner, Ian Springer, and Derrick G. Also some other great team leads such as John Scherer, Mary San, Brenda Fair, Caryoln McDonald. The builders themselves were also an amazing bunch to work with. Curtis Leitch and Ron Benedict was generally understanding and helpful to others needs.

Long hours with not enough pay for the work load they constantly pile on their employees, never listen to employees concerns, double standards inside the work place...management does for one employee but not the same for another. Human Resources always quick to judge and punish but never listen or investigate issues that arise. Human Resources always quick to take the side of favorites in the building but quick to get rid of the ones they don't approve of without just cause. Never fulfills promises or agreements made with their employees such as pay increase or positive reinforcement for good deeds done.
