Great work environment and decent pay as well as many different benefits and close to where I was living

Very volatile and no mobility

Nice People with positive attitudes, yet that was just to hide the Truth.

Layoffs, every Year ! They promise those who work hard ( and even those who don't) that they'll eventually earn a full time position, with a raise and benefits, if they work a little harder.
