4yThanks for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re disappointed to hear about your experience as a former long-term employee of our London office. SJR is and will always be a place that encourages diversity and entrepreneurship. We have a can-do, nimble spirit, and we work hard to help our employees and clients grow. This last year has challenged us all personally, with the pandemic, and professionally, with a recent merger and unprecedented growth. Like many other companies, we’ve had to evolve to meet a new business reality. We recognize recent changes have been difficult for some of our employees to adapt to, particularly those who are used to “the old days”. As we add new clients and welcome new employees into the team, we have introduced new processes to support us all through hybrid working and to create even more opportunities for career progression inside our firm. While we have much more work to do, we are so proud of our record on gender diversity in the UK, with 65% female line managers, a 57% female leadership team and a 14% overall improvement in the ethnic diversity of our employees in the last six months alone.
