I have not notice no major cons

- Good atmosphere at work - Team work oriented - Good managers - Location near public transportation - Nice workplace

- few recognition - low salaries - increase of salary almost inexistent - zero career development - no training except the minimum required legally - no competences development plan - information retention (old mentality : information is power, don't share it) - backwardness on wellbeing and innovation topics - want to disrupt/innovate but not ready to jump the step (old mentality)
