Thanks for taking the time to write a review. There are a few things we’d like to clear up, particularly what you said about compensation and lack of growth. We put a lot of thought and effort into structuring our compensation to be competitive. However, we believe the full package of what Groupon offers—benefits, culture, and opportunities to make an impact—is pretty great. In regards to what you mentioned about growth, we have established career ladder plans for Engineers and encourage employees to meet with their managers to work toward a career goal. We also have a roadmap in place for our Bangalore office, particularly as Engineering teams from other parts of the globe seek to expand into this location. Overall, we feel confident in our ability to take care of our employees and are excited about the direction in which our Bangalore office is heading. Thanks again for your feedback.
