THey give you this big sales handbook and you have to do everything by the book. This position is more for entry level not someone who has been in sales for many years. You end up competing for the daily specials with the other reps on the team.

Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
