One of the few jobs in America where you can work less than 40 hours a week and get paid over 100K. Great Culture and as long as you perform well you can pretty much be your own boss and do anything you want. Lots of Freedom and Lots of Money = a Good Job.

Svantaggi

very disorganized and chaotic environment. Goals and expectations are constantly changing. You must be able to adapt and enjoy constant change or you will hate this job.

Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
