Morally and ethically questionable business practice! Hire and fire / High turnover in staff / Suddenly vacant desks all year round Mass firing/redundancy on the one day, throwing a bar tab in celebration the next day.. No transparency or reasons given to staff which contributes to the already unstable and negative work environment. Internal communication is horrible. Management gives conflicting directions to operation and sales teams on a daily bases. They change their minds, processes and targets all the time. In the end everything is done to max Gross Profit, no matter what. They don't care about customer or merchant satisfaction. Long hours! And they ask you to work weekends as well. Management are unfortunately more often than not painfully unqualified giving jobs to unqualified, inexperienced girlfriend/partner.
