Unorganized management Most promotions are undeserving and fueled by personal preferences, not performance Very few people of color in management positions despite working with very talented people who worked hard and wanted to advance Career opportunities are limited - seem to be seeking fresh college graduates who "age out" Unclear long-term strategic plans for business development, employee growth, and overall company performance
