Dynamic, fast paced, try anything kind of culture. Rewards risk taking to an extent. Rapid iteration, ability to see results fast. Some great people, lots of young people that are getting used to working at a "big" company.

Lack of talent nurturing or management. Lack of a cohesive culture. Lack of information being shared. High burn-out risk in certain roles. Expectation to act like a mini-entrepreneur but not enough rope given to execute autonomously. Not a "people" company.
