I’ve been with Groupon India for a while now, and honestly, it’s been one of the best work experiences I’ve had. Leadership is transparent and approachable, and there’s a lot of focus on learning and development, especially in tech. The kind of problems we’re solving are genuinely interesting, and there’s room to experiment, fail fast, and improve. Like most growing tech orgs, we do have some legacy systems, but it’s being actively addressed. Also, working across time zones can be a bit tricky sometimes, but it’s manageable.
