Company had a great culture and the leadership team was always accessible. Great perks, benefits and work-life balance. They handled the acquisition in the best way possible. It is always tough in such scenarios but the leadership was committed to keep the staff happy. Hope it stays the same after the acquisition.

No cons really as it was a great place to work.

Groupware and the team are solid, the leadership team is accessible and transparent. You will find extremely smart technical teams who are invested in supporting customer goals and challenges. Good values and culture are actually honored and practiced at GW. The leadership team provided more than just vision and direction, they provided valuable mentor ship during my employment and beyond, Ops and Sales leadership teams in particular, but especially the Sr. Director Finance who quietly mentors many throughout all levels of the organization. The work ethic of the teams in the org is contagious. The passion that the GW team has in support of their customer and their partners to always go "above and beyond" is inspiring. There are no boundaries to what GW can architect or deliver. I have seen the impossible made possible many times during my tenure there. Thank you for the opportunity to be apart of this great team!
