An us & them mentality from top. Insufficient resource across business, over- reliance on staff goodwill to service customers on a daily basis. Staff undervalued, awful communication. No rewards or acknowledgment for successes, Poor training & no development for staff. Customer service is not valued by Directors, preferring a prescriptive order & delivery road whether loyal customers want it or not. Turnover of staff & customers is sadly high.
