We are, however, sorry to hear that you’re experiencing a lack of internal organization and missing transparency regarding the company direction. We’re continuously working on improving Grover as a place to work. To make sure, every employee is on the same page regarding company news and goals, we’re hosting our monthly company all hands meetings, offering people from different departments to present their updates, passions and goals. If you have the feeling that those meetings do not provide the information you wish for, we encourage you to reach out directly to your manager or our People Team with your questions and concerns. The HR team is available every week during the HR office hours to provide people with an easy way to have a face to face chat with someone from HR. The more details we get from our employees on what is missing, the faster and better we can implement feedback and improve the overall experience.
As the global leader in technology rentals offering customers a range of more than 8,000 tech devices, we would definitely state that Grover is a tech company. However, we are convinced that you have valid reasons for your opinion saying that Grover isn’t. Without knowing further details on why you came to that conclusion, we encourage you to continue this discussion offline with us. We’re more than happy to hear your thoughts!
