Vantaggi
I've been on for two months and found my co-workers to be driven and positive. We all obviously enjoy the work we do. My personal favorite: Probably the thing I enjoy most is that I'm given the autonomy to do my job. Sure, there are things I should check with people about before doing, but generally I'm given the leeway to get things done. As far as what the company provides: If you consider the pyramid of needs the company really checks all the boxes: The pay is good. The staff is compensated for their time and energy appropriately. I don't feel like I'm working in a sweat box. I don't have to worry about whether or not I'm going to make the ends meet The benefits are good. There are numerous surveys to determine what's important to the staff and I've seen the company move toward implementing those things. There is a culture of community nurtured. Co-workers are given opportunities to engage one-another. Along with that, results are recognized and rewarded. You have the opportunity to succeed. Creativity and problem solving are paramount and there's not always one solution.
