5yIt sounds like this might be from an applicant rather than a current employee. We typically do let people know if we've decided to move forward with them or not, but sometimes things slip through the cracks. We aren't perfect and we can understand how frustrating that may be to not receive a response! We’re very sorry if that was your experience. If this is a current employee, then we encourage you to respond to our anonymous internal on boarding survey with feedback that we can use to improve the on boarding experience for our future employees.
