I joined 1 month ago and everything (colleagues, tasks, company initiatives) are great, everything is exceeding my expectations and I feel so lucky to be part of this. - Remote working: never felt so close to colleagues while working fully remote, nice initiatives to keep in touch with other colleagues and build networks - Working in public approach: no hidden stuff or procedures, everything is shared and visible between functions - True open mindedness: about culture, diversity, ideas - Great retreat opportunities: for meeting in person, at least twice per year
