I have had a deeply disappointing experience at Growexx. The company has only one major project for LAMP and Angular developers, and it's a nightmare. This project seems never-ending, primarily due to a client with an enormous ego who constantly abuses everyone involved. Despite this toxic environment, Growexx does nothing to support its employees, showing a clear priority for billing over the well-being of its staff. The work environment is terrible, with an expectation to work overtime regularly. There is no consideration for work-life balance, and the constant pressure and extended hours make it an extremely stressful place to work. Once you're out of this project, it essentially means you're out of Growexx. There are no opportunities for LAMP and Angular developers beyond this one project, which severely limits career growth and job satisfaction. Additionally, the MERN and data teams fare no better. They hardly have any substantial projects and are mostly stuck working on proof of concepts (POCs) with no real advancement or purpose. Overall, Growexx fails to provide a supportive or growth-oriented environment for its employees, focusing solely on client billing at the expense of its staff's professional development and well-being. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive and fulfilling work experience.
