Of all the companies I've worked for up to this point in my life, this one has the greatest amount of flexibility, allowing me to work at a level I don't think I would have otherwise been able to work at as a parent with young kids.

Not so much a con as something to be aware of- as a small company, those in leadership wear more than one hat. And work-life balance doesn't mean 40 hours per week. It's about having the flexibility to get things done without having a strict schedule day in and day out. If you are looking for a place where work-life balance means 40 hours or less, that isn't what it means here.

Remote work with decent pay

The company culture is extremely toxic. The owner employs his 2 daughters one in marketing and the other is an HR intern..... good luck voicing complaints.
