Vantaggi

Its remote, which is great for many people who want flexibility.

Svantaggi

I’m genuinely surprised by GrowthLoop’s high Glassdoor rating — it feels disconnected from the day-to-day employee experience. “The juice isn’t worth the squeeze” is an accurate way to describe it. This is a company where new hires often inherit a backlog of unresolved issues that quickly become their problem. Instead of building or improving product, much of the work involves untangling legacy problems left behind by the co-founders who departed. Leadership is polished in presentation but inconsistent in practice. The CEO often delivers motivational messages at the draining bi-weekly Town Hall meetings that sound inspiring but rarely translate into meaningful action. Decisions can feel reactionary, driven more by optics than by strategy, leaving teams uncertain and disengaged. There are smart, hardworking people there who genuinely care — but many are overextended and frustrated by unclear direction. If you’re considering joining, ask very specific questions about leadership, priorities, and how success is defined. Understand what you’re walking into before you commit. Best of luck to my co-workers who are still there.
