The job is hard and they were clear in the interview process that there are not solid processes developed and that part of the job would be development and implementation of processes. If you are an individual who sees a clear way of how to do things and strives to constantly improve this is the perfect position for you. f you want to be told daily what to do this will not be a good fit.

attitudes in the work environment poor communication

Not.....thing......not thing...... not...Thing.......NOT THING, NOT THING AT ALL!

They do know what they are doing. No body in a lead position, don't know manufacturing . The Engineering Dept. do not know nothing, make too many mistakes and blame it on other people. If you not one of the 10 family and friends...forget it or you will have to kiss alot of butt to stay.
