Like any company in transition, some processes are still being refined — but that's expected and it's clearly being worked on.

Working at GrowthZone has genuinely surprised me in the best way. It's one of those rare places where the positive culture is felt day to day. Management notices and acts on it. My boss recently reminded the whole team to step away from their desks and take a real break. Collaboration is real, even in a virtual environment. You never feel like you're on your own. There's genuine investment in development for both managers and individual contributors.
