Ph Management - no compassion, lacks empathy Specifically, the direct supervisors are okay, but those who are in the upper level (HR, Admin, Controller, Country Director) have no compassion to the employees. They do not care about employees well-being and their beliefs are employees can easily be replaced. No confidentiality. One employee's HR level concerns such as PIPs, NTEs, complaints, etc are oftentimes becoming the talk of the town, and they do gossip about it in the floor. It does not really give employees the safe space to open up. They don't care about employees. Just because they are the ones who are in "power" it gives them the liberty to decide on their own interest gain. Everything used to be fine when the country director was still not a Filipino. We thought that if when a Filipino will finally lead us, she will be able to understand us better since we are of the same nation, but the opposite happened.
