As company its OK. But any organizations image is created how an employee is treated by his lead or manager. -So if you are a part of IT support team in MSS. That too under DMT, its gonna be nightmare. -Favoritism at its peak. -You will feel like you are at your lowest point of life. -Pathetic management, technical skill and human being. -Zero skills other than plotting, games, lies, false self made rules. -Appointed TL are his students so they too have a same skill set.

-Organization is good. I would have given atleast 4 stars. But gave 1 because of my experience. -Upper Management ( Rahi People ) are also good. -If you are from development background GO FOR IT. -Hybrid culture. -Policies are evolving but these are to set a tone and ground base to find a right set. I believe it will get smooth. -Huge potential in organization.

Your point about exit feedback is especially valuable. There should be trust that feedback is heard, reviewed, and acted upon where needed. Things move fast. Like any startup in growth mode, not everything is figured out yet—processes, tools, org structure. If you need a well-oiled machine, you’ll struggle. Too many priorities, not enough focus. We’re ambitious (which is great), but that can sometimes mean trying to do everything at once without clear prioritization. The intent is good, but we’d benefit from narrowing our focus. Structure still catching up to scale. As we bring in more talent, we need better clarity around roles, reporting lines, and ownership. Growing pains, but fixable.
