Great Culture - The culture is driven by a team who want to succeed and like celebrating wins, together. This is new. Volunteer Time - Time to volunteer in the community however you please. Dress Code- The dress code is business professional but relaxed. This allows for individuals to work in a comfortable atmosphere. Support - There is always support and opportunity for those who are looking to grow within the company. New opportunities are sprouting everyday for the ones who truly apply themselves and seek to grow. C-LEVEL - C level team is very personable. They all come off as pretty transparent and most important of all REAL PEOPLE. Brett the owner is doing a lot to improve the company and take it to its fullest potential. He is not to far removed from the work that he does not know what's going on. He's very involved and is aware of what going on. Jay Autrey is another person who's very personable and customer focused. internally and externally. Jay doesn't mind stopping in customer ops and speaking and having a bit of small talk in between calls in addition to adding a lot of great initiatives. Looking forward to what may be next.

PTO - Most companies allow you to accrue time. this way you're rewarded indirectly for coming to work. GAC does not allow you to accrue time. so if life occurs and you have to exhaust your time there is no way earn anything back. PTO - It would be a great perk if the company would allow the employees to purchase additional PTO time once a year. Doing this would benefit the company and the employee and add to the culture. Communication - This is getting better but a lot of times things are rolled out but does not pilot to see how things would work / not work. Pilot programs would allow for more successful launches across the board. There should also be a process or a team that drives new projects, acquisitions so on and so fourth. Doing this would allow for the people closest to the work to ask valuable questions that could potentially effect their area. Training - Training is still growing , but could be more streamlined and robust. Maybe there should be a team Vs just the individual currently in the role. A corporate training team.
