As a smaller company the benefits were pretty good. Could be better.

(2) Professionalism - demanded of all staff from general staff to upper management and even clients. (3) Advancement - lots of opportunities for growth and advancement in a multitude of directions.

While GPF is a corporation, there is still a “small business feel”, which has its challenges.
