It feels meaningful to come in each day and do the work we do. The organization has well-developed, dialed-in playbooks, and the ownership structure genuinely prioritizes patient care. In my experience, the staff-to-patient ratio is above industry standards, which allows us to provide the level of care our patients truly need.
