The pay and benefits looked pretty good from the outside, but they took so long to get that I didn't even get to use them.

Let me start with the attitude of the owner, "I'm not going to remember your name," was what he said to me. He didn't. Employees are openly sleeping with each other. They state that they will give on-the-job training and then don't. It felt like a popularity contest the second I came in.

I am not sure (and hope) you are not talking about our company. First, we don't have an "owner" on site and if you referring to me - I actually pride myself on knowing as many peoples names as possible and would never in a million years make a statement like the above. - Again - I think you have the wrong company. This company cares about it's employees and they are always looking for ways to recognize us for all of our hard work . We receive awards , monetary gifts , holiday meals and town halls each quarter so we know the direction that the company is headed . Each employee feels like you are part of something great . We do take allot of surveys but that is because this company wants to know what they are doing right and how they can improve . You can approach any member of management and HR with anything they will drop what they are doing just to help you !

None. If we have an issue we no longer go to HR. We have to go to the director (his rules).

If we go to see the director about a complaint then he trumps up some reason to fire the one who went to him. Terrible working conditions. We are promoted as a "state of the art" dispatch center, but the truth is the cubicle walls are filthy and so is the carpet. It's soooo nasty that there is no management offices on the dispatch floor. The director puts no effort into the dispatch floor and we do not get incentives like care and tech. Plus the raises are a joke with 1-3 percent being the normal raise each year. Also call center manager does nothing all day long

Hello, I am so sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our company. It is unfortunate you are airing your grievances this way but I am happy to address them. Our staff has multiple opportunities to give us feedback on how we are doing and what we can do better. Quarterly town hall’s, monthly brown bag lunches with me, and an open line of communication to myself and the senior management team are just a few of the options we have. A few of the things you noted are incorrect. Our dispatch floor is constantly being improved and we take pride in monthly carpet cleanings, fresh paint, and technology enhancements. Multiple managers also office on the floor and I also office in the conference room on the east side of the floor and am always open for anyone to come by and let me know how we can do better. We recently did an employee satisfaction survey and we will share the results at our next town hall, but we are proud of the good feedback and working on areas where our team said we could improve. We certainly do not want one of our team members working in a company they do not like nor feel proud to work in so we might not be the best company for your needs. Thank you for the feedback.
