Easy to pick up extra shift

High turnover. No company culture or morale.

Friendly co-workers. Easy to adjust schedule. Easy to get hired.

Some officers will make the same or more than you to work less stressful and easier job sites. They tend to reward bad employees by giving them better and easier assignments while punishing harder working officers with more dangerous and stressful job sites. If you have a lot of experience like myself, you will most likely be assigned the most difficult posts. They allow client sites to dictate what equipment you can carry or wear which can be harmful to officer safety. Management caves easily to client demands no matter how ridiculous they are. The benefits (or more like lack there of) are terrible, and change from client site to client site.
