Good company, but not at Saks - Recensione dipendente - Sales Associate presso Gucci

Unfortunately I worked for Gucci at Saks when they were trying to re-brand themselves by putting Gucci employees to sell there. This created a high-conflict environment as Saks employees are commission-based only. It was not well thought out in this sense. There was a great deal of tension between Saks and Gucci employees.
