Good company, lazy management - Recensione dipendente - Sales Associate presso Gucci

Lazy management. There seems to be a disconnect between upper management (district, regional, etc) and the stores. Store level manager is lazy and clueless as far as business is concerned. How is it possible for a manager to not be able to sell an item unassisted? -staff not comfortable going to upper management for the fear of retaliation.
