Managers are obviously biased towards their own people. New joiners are treated like slaves. Seniors and managers talk down to staff and do not treat them with respect. Very high turnover rate. So called events every other month. Unrealistic targets. Management always find ways to plot unattainable targets and kpi. Only reveals targets a week after the month starts after analysing so to make it less achievable. Increases target halfway into the month sometimes and because of that the store won’t hit. Unprofessional work environment. No work progression at all. Total waste of time.
