-Management/company does not care about their employees, HR will not respond to emails and say they will do something but never follow up or respond -No work life balance, the work you to the bone and pay you way less than you deserve -Systems are not cohesive, everything is manual and if you make a mistake, management is not kind at correcting people -Management acts robotic and only speaks on behalf of the board -Very unhealthy communication all around -It’s important to mention that the co-founder is a huge cause of most of these issue -Terrible response/support during local emergencies: Local wildfires/evacuations, unsafe riots in the neighborhood
