3yWe value this employees response and we are saddened to hear they have not had an optimal experience with their direct line of leadership. We are making a conscientious effort to build and develop our leaders and will be reading "The New Extraordinary Leader" this year as a management team. In a hyper growth startup that is breaking records, it becomes difficult to accomplish everything and hire every single role like a large organization does. The great news for us, is that we continue to improve with the recent addition of a CMO and 5 new marketing professional roles. Our sales operations leader was a role we wanted to hire but haven't been able to until January of this year. We too recognize that there are areas of strategy we want to focus on and luckily the revenue growth continues to support our ability to get better and better.
