9yIt's disheartening to hear that a former employee has had such a negative experience. At GuidePoint Security, accountability is something expected from all employees, not just management. Management training is regularly provided and encouraged throughout the year on a wide range of subjects. We also regularly survey our employees in an attempt to identify any areas which need attention before problems arise.
As a company that prides itself in our culture, we are constantly striving to make our employees' work experience enjoyable. While alcohol is provided at a limited number of events, our code of conduct prohibits its consumption in a manner than negatively affects our employees. We encourage anyone who has concerns over corporate events to reach out to Human Resources.
