Don’t pay market rate for jobs (especially in ES&I), it feels far more like a nonprofit. Seems like leadership is trying to get rid of people to shut down certain segments of their business, particularly ESI. Cost of living adjustments not allowed so people in big cities live closer to the poverty line than the low income bracket and the leadership know but just don’t care. Leadership is also economically irrational because the way they get rid of staff ends up costing the firm a lot more than keeping talent. Promotion system too long for the industry and the best talent is denied promotion. This place has a one way door — nobody’s coming in, only getting out. This place just can’t compete, and it needs to face the music.
