Svantaggi
CEO is completely out of touch with he company. Stuck in the consulting world of 30 years ago, which is very different than today. He also seems to be completely checked out and just waiting to retire. GH laid off many leaders in the last 18 months to the point where they are actively trying to hire partners to take their places. They keep developing strategies that don't work only to reverse them 3 months later. They completely reorged their tech division merging everyone into their industry teams. Only to fire the previous leader who thought that was smart and hired a new partner from Accenture who just put everything back to how it was. Seriously they can't stop shooting themselves. They've also been laying people off left and right. 12 months ago there were almost 18k employees, now it's closer to 15k. 401k benefits are pretty terrible. They took away 2 paid holidays midway through the year and buried the announcement halfway through another boring email.
