The Mumbai office has no proper structure - right from reporting to account division. the current VP is unfair and there is immense favorism & bias towards certain ppl she prefers which is so unfair to employees who deserve credit based on merit. The leadership is doing nothing about this on top of adding pressure on low capacity & no support. Everyone on the floor is aware of this biased behavior and is helpless in front of a failed leadership especially the VP. Its no surprise the attrition rate has increased recently.
