The company treats people as expendable objects. Both recent joiners and employees who have been there for years, fully committed and with great performances are fired within seconds, without a notice, an excuse or anything. The company does not have any strategy other than some senior exec people in US who have created a small "circle" deciding based on how do we keep our power and how to prevent other people from rising. They are close to the CEO who is delusional enough to believe that this is an effective way to run a company.
