The world becomes a better place when people get busy doing what they love instead of complaining about what they hate. If You want to work in Corporate, then You should know how to play Chess.I think some people enjoy complaining almost as much as they enjoy doing nothing about it. And we feel your concern there maybe a negative impact and we encourage you to discuss with HR department to work together and find solution. But you missed to do it.
Guires, value the employee performance when it reaches beyond the commitment - interms of
Rewarding Employees-Encourages people to get certified.
Better increment, appraisal in comparison with competitors.
Flexibility to work remote
We feel that it should be obvious what is appropriate and what is not, it is very risky to assume every employee will share your views. As an part of HR-we have a set of general work rules- Ethics and compliance but we've not received any feedback to our grievance cell.
