Area, morale, and some people. The area is depressing. Poor and uneducated people everywhere. Morale goes down a little bit every time leadership refuses to make a decision based on the clear data available today, and requests yet another trade study for tomorrow. Morale goes down a bit more every time leadership shoots from the hip on something serious because resources are too busy working on the latest chapter of that same old trade study and cannot work on something that is actually important. Ah, and remember the difficult people I mentioned above? You will eventually meet them...
