Good luck getting on a shift you actually want to be on unless you know someone. If you take a new position, you are stuck there whether you are a good fit or not for one year minimum, pretty much no exceptions. They talk like they are all about employee development but in reality they are not. You have to be on first shift to to get any decent position and getting to first shift is a joke! 3-5 years at least unless, again, you know someone.
