      Gulfstream is a good place to gain experience on Aircraft but not a place for a long career.

      Management is mediocre and a lot of time is spent trying to acquire the proper tooling/equipment for the job…pay is okay but could be better.

      Big corporate politics at times. Some people just love to point fingers. Rules that are very excessive due to incompetence, instead of just firing morons.
