      HR cares more about their image vs fixing issues. Very much a boys club atmosphere. Made promises that didn't come through. Makes up rules for different people. Very toxic work environment.

      Big corporate politics at times. Some people just love to point fingers. Rules that are very excessive due to incompetence, instead of just firing morons.
